What you will be doing
An outstanding opportunity is now available to join their successful sales team as a Strategic Business Development Manager. Developing relationships with executive level HR and marketing decision makers within Blue Chip and Recruitment companies nationally, you will take on a consultative approach in identifying unique customised solutions. Marketing, event networking, board level presentations will all play a pivotal part in building your own portfolio which you will manage long term with the support of the project and client experience team. With a high level of support, your success and a highly lucrative income is assured for the long term.
Ideally you will have
To make this great opportunity yours, ideally you will have a strong background in business to business solution sales coming from an IT, business information/database solutions, market research, online survey, digital & online solution/service sales background. You will possess impeccable communication skills, are highly driven to succeed in your chosen career. Have a track record of proven sales success within a solution sales environment. Most importantly you are extremely motivated to earn a high income and want to be part of a successful team and organisation.

What you will be doing
Unlike many other Account Management & delivery roles our role offers you the ability to work end to end with a client right through to delivering their survey to them and training them on how to get the most from our solution. We use our own proprietary software and you will provide training to clients on how to use this. Day to day you have a lot of contact with your clients so it is important you are confident and enjoy talking on the phone with people. When you’re not on the phone assisting clients or providing advice to them you are typically building surveys to generate the data the client needs to meet their objectives. So a love of data and writing is important, so too is a keen eye and strong attention to detail.
Ideally you will … Be interested in working as part of a strong, professional team of people – we are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Has successfully managed client accounts before
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Advanced Excel skills
- Superior organisational skills
- Degree qualified
